High School Boundary Waters Canoe Trip

Join us for a canoe trip in the beautiful Boundary Waters Canoe Area, July 21-26, 2024. This trip is for incoming 9th graders (2024) through current 12th graders.
We will travel to Wilderness Canoe Base off the Gunflint Trail near Grand Marais, MN. After training and an overnight at the base camp, we will divide into 3 groups of 9 people for 4 days of canoeing and 3 nights of camping. Each group will have an adult from Bethel, a camp counselor/canoe guide and 7 kids. Our last night we will reunite at the base camp.
This is a unique opportunity to be in one of the most peaceful and beautiful settings, to build confidence and friendships, and to grow in faith surrounded by God’s Creation. There will be campfires, sauna, cooking over the fire, faith conversations, games, canoeing, portaging, and lots of fun with friends.
