This summer will provide opportunities for worship and an invitation to rely on the Lord:

– SUMMER SCHEDULE –
Saturdays
- 6:00 pm – Traditional Worship with spoken liturgy and
Holy Communion
Sundays
- 9:00 am – Traditional Worship with sung liturgy
- Holy Communion 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month
- Special Music throughout the summer
- Live-stream worship through our YouTube channel
- Service with Sign Language Interpreter
- 10:10 am – Gate of Life (Contemporary Service)
- Holy Communion
- Gate of Life Band
- 2nd Sunday of the month: Blended Worship (Traditional and Gate of Life) at 10:30 am – Courtyard (please bring chairs). Inclement weather will move this to the sanctuary.
- Note: The 4th Sunday of the Month, Gate of Life will not be offered. You are invited to join our special Praise and Worship service in the sanctuary at 10:30 am.

*FOURTH SUNDAY – COURTYARD FUN!
Children’s Ministry is preparing FUN for the 4th Sundays this summer! Lunch will be provided and served at 11:30 am. After 10:30 am worship, we will have a variety of activities for all ages including a different bounce house each month. The toddlers will have their own bounce house too. We are bringing back the fancy coffee!
• June 23rd – Scuba VBS Theme!
Watercolor station, snow cones, treats, and more! The highlight is the Dunk Tank! Make a donation for a chance to dunk your favorite CYF Staff person or Pastor!
• July 28th – Olympics Theme!
Plan on fun yard games. Bring your favorite yard game to play with others! Between services we will be serving yummy donuts with fancy coffee.
• August 25th – Staycation/Service to Others!
After lots of fun and games, we are switching gears for August. We will have some hands-on projects to serve others. Don’t worry, there will still be bounce houses for some active fun! And an ice-cream truck!
† PRAISE AND WORSHIP
in the Sanctuary (4th Sunday of the month)
In celebration of the different types of music we can use to Praise God, the fourth Sunday of June, July and August will feature a praise and worship team leading the hymns. Our service will have the same structure as it usually does but will feature hymns and musical offerings led by a group of singers and instrumentalists consisting of drums, guitar, bass and keyboards.
If you are a vocalist and willing to participate in ANY of the below Sunday worship services, you are invited and encouraged to contact Brock A. Besse, Minister of Music and Worship at besse@bethellutheran.com.
Participating in a Sunday worship service requires attendance at the rehearsals mentioned below. Praise and worship music is up-beat, energetic, joyous and meaningful. Help us make a joyful noise unto the Lord! This year we only have one rehearsal the Wednesday before each Sunday worship service.
