Lawn Chair Learning

Sponsored by the Bethel Anti-Racism Team, the monthly gatherings will be July 19 and August 16. Each month will have a unique subject.

We will meet at 6:30 pm in the Courtyard (inclement weather: meet in Chapel). Bring a lawn chair and a desire to learn and engage in conversation.

  • Jean Mortenson will share Bethel’s history of sponsoring refugees along with Susan Larson sharing her experience along the US/Mexico border and learning about current challenges for asylum seekers.
