Bethel Lutheran Church Membership classes will begin on Thursday, September 30, and continue for 2 weeks on Thursdays, October 7, and 14 from 7:00-8:30 p.m.

These classes will explore the basics of what it means for us today to be disciples of Jesus Christ and members of the Lutheran church. If you have been confirmed in the Lutheran church, it is not necessary that you attend the three classes but you are highly encouraged to do so. Classes can be made up if you are not able to attend one. Childcare will be provided for all New Member classes.

All who wish to join are required to attend the New Member orientation on Wednesday, October 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel.

New members will be received on Saturday October 23 at 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 24 at both Sunday services: 9:00 & 10:30 a.m. You choose which one you would like to attend.

You must register for these classes before September 20. If you are not able to join at this time, the next new member classes will be starting in February of 2011.

Please know that you are welcome to worship and participate in all activities that Bethel offers even if you are not a member.
