Pastor Andrew Nelson began his ministry at Bethel in August of 2009 as Pastor of Education and Youth Ministry.
He was ordained in September of 2009 and Bethel is his first call.
He grew up in Red Wing, MN and is a graduate of Luther College, Decorah, IA and Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN.

Pastor Andy's wife, Jessica, is in the doctoral program of the University of Minnesota's Institute of Child Development.

They have one child, Simon who is 2 years old, and are expecting another in May of 2010.

He enjoys reading novels, spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and traveling.
